Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SureChoice Bridgeport Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our concrete contractor services in Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas.
Services Provided
SureChoice Bridgeport Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, stamped and decorative concrete, slabs, flatwork, foundations, footings, repair, restoration, retaining walls, and concrete masonry.
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and proper site preparation. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe for quality concrete work.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on site inspection, actual measurements, and unforeseen conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Material costs and labor rates may be adjusted after this period to reflect current market conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typical payment structure includes a deposit upon contract signing and final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, including removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles. You must also ensure that all necessary permits are obtained, though we can assist with this process.
It is your responsibility to mark the location of underground utilities before work begins. We recommend contacting your local utility locating service.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on our concrete installations as specified in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover structural defects and workmanship issues but do not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or natural disasters.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SureChoice Bridgeport Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
